MinistryMaster is designed solely for educational and informational purposes. All ministry and scheme data is sourced from official Government of India portals and is intended to assist competitive examination preparation.

3. Intellectual Property

All original content on MinistryMaster — including platform design, gamification logic, question sets, memory hooks, visual layouts, and UI components — is the intellectual property of KumawatPulse Technologies Pvt Ltd.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.
• Government scheme data remains in the public domain as per Indian law.
• Our proprietary curation, framing, and gamification of that data is protected.

4. Permitted Use

You are permitted to:

• Use the Platform personally for exam preparation and self-study
• Share links to the Platform with fellow students and educators
• Take screenshots for personal study notes

You are not permitted to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate data extraction from the Platform
• Commercially redistribute any platform content
• Create competing products using our proprietary question databases
• Misrepresent the source of any content derived from this Platform

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its educational content are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

By using MinistryMaster, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information or answers learned on this platform against official government gazettes, websites, and authoritative textbooks before relying on them for your UPSC, GPSC, or State PSC examinations.
• Under no circumstances shall KumawatPulse Technologies Pvt Ltd, its developers, authors, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to failing an examination, loss of career opportunities, loss of data, or psychological distress resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this platform or from reliance on any incorrect, misleading, or wrong answers provided herein.
• Exam results are solely dependent on your own preparation. We do not guarantee passing any exam or achieving any specific score by using this Platform.
• We are not liable for data loss resulting from browser clearing or storage limits, nor for service interruptions.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform or any errors within its content is to stop using the Platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.

7. Changes to Terms

KumawatPulse Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via an in-app notice.
